But on a brighter note--we haven't had to do features in TWO WEEKS. :) now I am actively looking for seniors that are active for the photo column assignment.

James "Tattoo" Swanson, sophomore, Kentucky State University competed in the men's javelin throw Saturday, March 9, 2011 at the Hilltopper Relays Track and Field event at Ruter Track and Field Complex. Swanson's best distance for the day was 39.94m.

of separating cattle into pens for branding, doctoring, or transport.

April 8, 2011--
Ashleigh Keefer, has been working at Dance Arts of Bowling Green for three years. Keefer teaches 17 different dance classes including private lessons. On Friday's at 4:15 p.m. Keefer teaches ballet to a group of girls ages of 8-9 years-old."They know the basics but they haven't mastered them yet...so they can't do a lot but they aren't babies," Keefer said.
The class can be hard because the girls had just been at school all day and they don't want to be at dance on a Friday Keefer said.

APRIL 3, 2011--
Tyler Mack, 12, from New Ulm, Minn. rides in the middle of the pack during the 18th race Sunday, April 3, 2011 at the Ballance Moto X motocross track. Mack came in 4th place in the 26-90 Modified (8-15) race.
